Its finally happening!

Well I d like to start off this blog with my first post. And this is incredible, yet fully predictable. I knew it would come to this eventually. now overweight people are the latest witches to be hunted by the Politically correct crowd. First smoking, now obesity. Workers can now be fined for being overweight?? Give me a (nother) break!

First of all it looks like they are using the Body Fat index, which according to that, people like Tom Cruise and Arnold would be considered "obese" secondly and most importantly who should care if someone smokes or goes to BK 3 times a day?? I mean.. is it ANYONES business?? I do not smoke, nor can I be considered obese, but my non smoking and healthy lifestyle is my business. If I choose to smoke or gorge myself, should my place of business (or anyone else for that matter) care??

I know the argument that smokers and obese people drive up health care costs. how do you figure?? they are the ones that usually die younger, and thus do not drain the health care system as long as people who may live longer.

Plus, what about unhappy people?? stress and unhappiness leads to all sorts of health problems. Are we now to fine unhappy people?? I would not be surprised if it is coming.
